💔 “Feel It Before You Free It”


🌙 Narration:

If your system says “not yet,” it may be because something needs to be felt first.

Entities often latch onto old pain, shame, or fear that hasn’t had space to move.

You can’t release what you still hold inside—even unconsciously.
Let’s give that part of you space now.


🔮 Step 1: Pendulum Questions

Ask:

  • “Is there repressed emotion I need to feel before I can clear this entity?”

  • “Is this connected to my inner child or a specific age?”

  • “Is this emotion related to fear, grief, shame, or abandonment?”

  • “Can I begin gentle healing now without destabilizing my system?”


👶 Option 1: Inner Child Work

  • Close your eyes and visualize yourself at the age where this pain began

  • Say (silently or aloud):

    “I see you. I hear you. You didn’t deserve that. I’ve got you now.”

  • Ask your inner child:

    “What do you need from me right now?”

  • Hold or touch your own body gently, especially the heart or belly


🌊 Option 2: Emotional Expression Ritual

Choose one or more ways to move the feeling:

  • 🖊 Freewrite without censoring

  • 💦 Cry consciously—allow tears to release held energy

  • 🎵 Play music that unlocks the feeling

  • 🗣 Say what was never said (to self, mirror, or paper)

  • 🔥 Write a letter and burn it symbolically

Say as you release:

“I allow this feeling to move through me.
I don’t need to hold it anymore.
This clears space for truth.”


Step 3: Use Pendulum to Check for Readiness

Ask:

  • “Has the emotion moved enough to proceed with clearing?”

  • “Is my system now ready to complete the release?”

  • “Should I integrate or rest before continuing?”

If Yes → → ✅ Proceed to 8.1 The Clearing Process
If No → → ⏸️ Return to 7.14 Journaling, Rest, or Inner Support before continuing
