🔴 “Return to Ground”

🌙 Narration:

When the Root is disturbed, the whole tree shakes.

This chakra governs safety, survival, and belonging.
If an entity entered through this center, it may be riding on fear, scarcity, or ancestral trauma.

Let’s return to the ground—where you are always supported.

🔮 Step 1: Pendulum Questions for Root Chakra

Ask your pendulum:

  • “Is fear or instability allowing entry here?”

  • “Is there an ancestral wound stored in this chakra?”

  • “Is this energy feeding on my survival instincts?”

  • “Was I ungrounded when this influence entered?”

Trust what arises. Even a subtle “yes” is enough to work with.

🧘 Step 2: Grounding & Root Healing Practices

Choose one or more:

  • 🧍‍♀️ Stand barefoot on the earth (or imagine doing so)

  • 🌳 Visualize roots growing from your feet deep into the soil

  • 🔴 Color meditation: Bathe your Root Chakra in deep red light

  • 💬 Affirm:

“I am grounded. I am supported. I belong to the earth and to myself.”

  • 🧂 Salt bath or foot soak with grounding intention

  • 🔔 Chant “LAM” (Root Chakra bija mantra) slowly and deeply

Step 3: Clear Residual Energy

Hold your pendulum over the Root Chakra and say:

“I now release any fear, instability, or inherited trauma held here.
I invite deep grounding and strength to return.
My Root is clear, sovereign, and aligned with truth.”

Let the pendulum move until still.

🧭 Then Ask:

  • “Is the Root Chakra now balanced?”

  • “Is additional healing needed before continuing?”

  • “May I proceed to the next chakra or module?”
