This isn’t a failure. It’s part of the spiral.
Let’s return to stillness, and begin again.


🌀 Step 1: Clear the Space

  • Close your eyes.

  • Place one hand on your heart or over your navel.

  • Breathe slowly—in for 4… hold for 4… out for 6.

Say aloud or within:

“I release all energetic noise.
I return to center.
I listen now with truth, not tension.”

Optional: Ring a chime, light incense, or sip water to signal a reset.


🔮 Step 2: Reset the Pendulum Connection

Hold the pendulum still. Then ask:

  • “Show me Yes.”
    (Let it move. Wait. Trust.)

  • “Show me No.”
    (Observe any difference.)

  • “Show me Neutral or Unclear.”
    (Note what stillness or wobble feels like.)

Wait for each movement to finish.
If nothing happens: pause, re-ground, and try again with compassion.
