🌀 Step 1: Clear the Space

Close your eyes.

Place one hand on your heart or over your navel.

Breathe slowly—in for 4… hold for 4… out for 6.
Say aloud or within:
“I release all energetic noise.
I return to center.
I listen now with truth, not tension.”
Optional: Ring a chime, light incense, or sip water to signal a reset.
🔮 Step 2: Reset the Pendulum Connection
Hold the pendulum still. Then ask:

“Show me Yes.”
(Let it move. Wait. Trust.) -
“Show me No.”
(Observe any difference.) -
“Show me Neutral or Unclear.”
(Note what stillness or wobble feels like.)
Wait for each movement to finish.
If nothing happens: pause, re-ground, and try again with compassion.
